How Revoice handles your data
This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have when you use Revoice for SMS outreach and review management.
What we collect
We keep the information we need to set up your workspace, send review requests, manage reviews, and support your account.
- Name and contact details. This includes the name, email address, and phone number you give us when you sign up or talk to our team.
- Business information. This can include your company name, service area, business address, website, Google Business Profile details, and other onboarding information.
- Customer communication data. If you use Revoice to send review requests, we may process customer phone numbers, message status, opt-out signals, and campaign settings on your behalf.
- Billing details. We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store full credit card numbers ourselves.
- Support and product usage data. We may keep support requests, login activity, and delivery logs so we can fix problems and keep the service secure.
How we use your information
- Create and manage your Revoice account.
- Send SMS review requests and related service messages.
- Connect with your Google Business Profile and help manage incoming reviews.
- Generate or assist with review responses inside the product.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and receipts.
- Provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the service.
Third-party services we rely on
Revoice uses outside providers to run core parts of the service. Those providers process data only to the extent needed for their role.
- Google. We may use Google services to connect your business listing, pull review data, and help you manage your online reputation.
- Twilio. We use Twilio to send and track SMS review requests, manage carrier delivery, and process opt-out replies such as STOP.
- Stripe. We use Stripe to handle subscription billing, payment processing, and receipts.
These companies have their own privacy and security practices, so their handling of data is also subject to their own terms.
How long we keep data
- Account and business profile information is generally kept while your account is active.
- SMS logs, review activity, and support history may be kept for up to 24 months after account closure so we can handle disputes, troubleshooting, and compliance requests.
- Billing and tax records may be kept longer when required for accounting or legal reasons.
When we no longer need the information, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to correct inaccurate account or business information.
- You can request access to the data we hold about your account.
- You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to any records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons.
- You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.
- Recipients of review-request texts can opt out by replying STOP, and businesses using Revoice are expected to honor consent rules before contacting customers.
How we protect data
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls to protect the information we process. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security, but protecting customer data is part of how we run the product.
