The rules for using Revoice

Revoice is software for businesses that want to improve their online reputation. Depending on your plan, the product may help you send review request SMS messages, track customer feedback, monitor reviews, and draft responses.

We may update or improve the service over time, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available in exactly the same form.

• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must use Revoice in a way that follows applicable privacy, telecom, and consumer-protection laws.

Revoice is meant for legitimate business communication. You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam messages.

• Do not upload or message contacts unless you have the right to contact them.
• Do not use Revoice to harass people, impersonate others, or mislead customers.
• Do not interfere with the platform, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the service in a way that could put Revoice, Twilio, or our other partners at compliance risk.

This section is important. If you use Revoice to send text messages, you are responsible for making sure each recipient has given any consent required by law or carrier rules before you message them.

• Only send messages to people you are allowed to contact.
• Keep your own records of consent and message disclosures when required.
• Do not use purchased, scraped, or otherwise unauthorized contact lists.
• Honor opt-out requests immediately. Recipients must be able to stop messages, including by replying STOP when applicable.
• If we believe your messaging practices create legal or carrier risk, we may pause or suspend your messaging access.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis unless stated otherwise.
• Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the plan you choose.
• Taxes may be added where required.
• If a payment fails or your account is overdue, we may limit or suspend access until the account is brought current.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
• If you cancel, your plan will usually remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
• Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-month refunds.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create compliance, security, or fraud risk.

Revoice is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to make the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific review volume, or specific business results.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Revoice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
